Getting to Walworth
To plan your visit to Walworth by public transport, click on the image below to access the Transport for London website and enter the postcode SE17 1RA. A map locating the parish is shown below, but please note that the pin (marked by Google maps) is not quite accurate; the Church is located at the end of Rodney Road on the junction with Flint Street, and the Parish Hall (a 2 minute walk away) is on Rodney Road between Wadding Street and Stead Street. There is a pay-and-display car park behind the Parish Hall.

Many people coming to English Martyrs from central London find it convenient to walk (about 15 minutes) from the tube station at the Elephant and Castle. Alternatively, you can catch the 343 bus which heads from City Hall past the tube stations at London Bridge and the Elephant and Castle in the direction of New Cross; you can alight on Rodney Road opposite the Rose and Crown Pub (for the Parish Hall) or opposite a small parade of shops slightly before the Church itself. Those travelling from north London may prefer to catch the Route Bus 63 from Kings Cross station (Stop D directly in front of the entrance to Kings Cross railway station) towards Honor Oak, alighting on the New Kent Road and walking down Rodney Place or Balfour Street.
